Anarchy Burger (Hold the Government)

Makes four patties.

What you'll need:
  • 2 lbs. Misty Isle ground beef (or other fine cut of ground beef)
  • 2 Tbsp Gringo Bandito hot sauce
  • 4 - 8 slices Tillamook cheddar cheese

What you'll need to do:
  1. Combine beef and The Gringo. Get your hands dirty and form up four patties.
  2. Grill burgers to preference.
  3. Melt a slice or two of Tillamook cheddar cheese on each patty.
  4. Top with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and serve on a rocking bun.
  5. To caramelize onions: sweat onions and a small amount of olive oil in an uncovered pan over a medium flame until the moisture of the onions is released and they start to take on a brown color.
